My journey began after experiencing two very different births far from home. My first opened my eyes to how unsupported women often feel, and my second became a soul-deep journey back to my intuition, trust, and power. In May 2022, I welcomed my daughter in the comfort of our home — and that healing experience reshaped my calling.

A complete birth package designed to prepare your mind, body, and spirit for the transformative journey into motherhood.

Includes:

• Free Consultation → A 30-min connection call to explore your needs, vision, and ensure we’re the right fit.
   
• Two Prenatal Visits → We’ll dive into your birth preferences, the mind-body connection, and practical tools to regulate your nervous system. You’ll leave with anchoring practices for breath, body awareness, and emotional resilience.(approximately 1.5-2hrs)
   
• Birth Plan & Advocacy Support → Together, we’ll create a birth plan rooted in your values and equip you to communicate confidently with your provider.

• On-Call Support at 37 Weeks → Available 24/7 from 37 weeks until your baby arrives.
   
• Continuous Birth Support → Emotional, physical, and spiritual guidance during labor to help you feel safe, grounded, and fully supported up to 2hrs after baby is born and mom is settle.
   
• One Postpartum Visit (7–10 days after birth) → Gentle check-in to support your recovery, breastfeeding, and emotional integration.

This package is perfect if you want extended postpartum care and a deeper focus on your adrenal and nervous system health so you can thrive, not just survive, after birth.

Includes everything in Package 1, plus:

• Second Postpartum Visit (3–4 weeks after birth) → Continued support for breastfeeding, newborn care, emotional well-being, and identity shifts.

• “Adrenal Love” Session → A 1:1 deep dive into understanding your adrenal health and how it impacts postpartum recovery. We’ll explore simple nutrition, rest, and nervous-system practices to support energy and emotional balance. (You can choose to have this session as one of our prenatal sessions or during postpartum)
