Hello and congratulations on your pregnancy.  I am so excited you've selected me to support you during this absolutely amazing phase in your life. Let me introduce myself. 

I was born and raised in Alberta Canada before coming to the United States around 19 years old. I currently live in Rexburg Idaho.  I have been married for 10 years and have 3 beautiful daughters. My past times include crocheting, singing, dancing and performing. 

I have always wanted to become a doula since my first child was born 9 years ago. I have recently taken the opportunity to take my doula training and now can help, serve, and aid you during this time. I believe women have an innate gift when it comes to birthing a child.  I believe they know what to do and how to read their bodies to know what to do during their labor process. Birthing does not need to be traumatic or scary. In fact it can be one of the most powerful, memorable,  and best experience in your life. I will be with you every step of the way.  

My services include:

- One-on-one visit to discuss birth preferences

- Meditation/visualization exercises to mentally prepare you for birth

- Foot zone sessions

- On call after 38 weeks

- Continuous support during and up to one hour after birth

- Two postpartum visits
