Meet Rachel - Your Doula

Hi Mama! I’m Rachel, a joyful spirited mom with a deep passion for supporting women through the transformative journey of motherhood. I’m currently accepting clients with due dates from September through November 2025.

My journey into doula work began after the empowering home birth of my daughter. That experience showed me the strength and wisdom every woman carries as she brings life into the world. Now, I’m dedicated to helping you feel confident, supported, and informed throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience.

As your doula, I’ll be by your side every step of the way:

• Free In-Person Consultation: Let’s connect and see if we’re a good fit!
• 1-2 Prenatal Visits: Education on birth and postnatal care, plus guidance on your unique needs.
• Personalized Birth & Postpartum Plans: Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your vision for birth and early motherhood.
• Optional Provider Visit: I can attend one prenatal appointment with your healthcare provider for additional support.
• Unlimited Support: I’m available via phone, text, and email during business hours.
• 24/7 On-Call Support: Available for you after 38 weeks. 
• Continuous Labor Support: I’ll be with you during labor, delivery, and for up to two hours afterward to assist with bonding and breastfeeding.
• Postpartum Home Visit: A week after birth, I’ll visit to check in, assist with light housework, and provide additional support.
• Digital Birth Photos: Cherish digital photos I capture during your birth experience.
• Complimentary Gift: A small gift to celebrate you and your baby.
   

Fee: $800 for the full package. Payment plans are available—don’t hesitate to ask!
