Paula Ziegler
Congratulations on your pregnancy! My name is Paula Ziegler and I am a DONA trained Postpartum Doula in the Southeast Idaho Area. I became a doula after I learned how many parents feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsupported during the fourth trimester. I find joy in nurturing, assisting, and advocating for new mothers, their babies, their partners, and additional siblings. My passion is gaining information about everything postpartum to provide support and encouragement to new and seasoned parents. I am a mother and a grandmother and decided sharing my time and knowledge can help other young families during this magical time. I continually take classes and seminars to keep updated on all things baby and family. I would love to be there for you and share in this joyous time in your life.
