Hello! Congratulations on your pregnancy. As a doula, I am committed to empowering women (like you!) by providing avenues of information and education as I support autonomy in their birth choices. I want the families I work with to have a positive and memorable birth experience. I provide physical and emotional support for the birthing woman and her partner through informing and educating, and offer compassion and advocacy during pregnancy and the birth process. I believe in the natural process of birth, but I also believe in creating an unbiased and non-judgmental space for all birth experiences. I am an advocate of modern medicine and I support the use of it when needed.
I am a passionate mother of 5 children ranging in ages 23-11 years. I cherish the birth experiences of each of my children. I believe making the decision to have all of my children unmedicated, implementing the Bradley Method, gave me valuable experience to help others through similar situations. Every woman deserves to have a positive and empowering birth experience.
