 Hi, I’m Kristina! As a mother of five and a certified birth and postpartum doula, I want you to feel informed and confident in your choices. Here’s a little about me and how I may be able to serve you. 

My journey into birth work began with my own motherhood experience. I felt a calling to birth work to connect with mothers before me. I know the value of having someone to listen and nurture you during this special time. I offer evidence-based, understanding and support. I earned my bachelors degree at the University of Utah, trained with DONA International in 2021, and cross-certified with ProDoula as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. I personalize support so every family feels empowered, nurtured, and confident. I believe birth is intimate and sacred, and every mother deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported in her choices.

I've supported families through diverse experiences including unmedicated and medicated births, induction, plus-sized pregnancy, NICU stays, high-risk conditions, pregnancy after loss, adoption, surrogacy, feeding difficulties, and postpartum mood disorders. Every family is unique, so I’ll create a package to fit your needs. Payment plans are available, and I offer free consultations to see if we're a good fit. Birth Doula – $800

This is my standard package, but I’m happy to tailor to meet your needs. 

• 2 prenatal visits (2-3 hours each) for birth prep, labor support, and postpartum plan
• Optional provider visit at a prenatal appointment
• Birth preferences guidance
• Unlimited contact by phone and email
• 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks until birth.
• Continuous labor support from active labor through birth + 2 hours postpartum.
• 1 postpartum visit minimum to review birth and offer hands on support
• Written birth timeline keepsake of your birth experience

Infant Care Class – $120 (4 hours personalized education in your home)

This class is perfect for first-time parents or if you need a refresher. It covers newborn care basics (diapering, swaddling, soothing), infant feeding (breast and bottle), safe sleep practices, newborn behavior, and postpartum recovery.

Birth Education – $120 (4 hours personalized education in your home) 

This class prepares you for birth with your preferences and goals. Topics include physiology of labor, comfort techniques, partner support, medical interventions, and postpartum planning.
