Klarisa Jensen

 I’m Klarisa, a childbirth instructor and birth doula serving families in Idaho Falls and the surrounding communities. I believe birth is an individual experience, and my role is to support you in creating the birth you envision. My approach is grounded in empowerment, advocacy, and evidence-based education. I want every family I work with to feel informed, confident, and truly supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. I’ve spent more than 17 years working in the birth field in a variety of roles, including WIC breastfeeding peer counselor, student midwife, and birth assistant. These experiences have shaped the way I teach, support, and walk alongside families during such a transformative time. In addition to childbirth education and doula support, I offer classes on cloth diapering, breastfeeding, and CPR to help you feel prepared for life with your new baby. It’s an honor to be invited into such a meaningful moment in your life. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you prepare for a confident, informed, and empowering birth experience.
