I offer gentle, compassionate guidance for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum - emotional encouragement, practical tips, and personalized support tailored to you. I also love sharing wellness tools and products that help you feel nurtured and taken care of during this big life chapter.

*1 prenatal visit to review preferences, practice comfort measures, and prepare for both labor and recovery (1.5-2 hours)
*Phone/text support throughout pregnancy for questions and reassurance
*24/7 on-call support beginning at 38 weeks (text/phone as needed)
*Continuous labor & birth support with hands-on comfort measures and emotional reassurance for up to 2 hours after birth.
*1 postpartum follow-up visit during the first 4 weeks to discuss birth outcome, emotional processing, and/or breastfeeding support (1.5-2 hours)
