Doula Birth Services
My doula services are science based to use techniques and 30+ years of birth assisting to ease your discomfort in labor and feel empowered to birth your baby with education and support. Choose a doula to decrease the following: your labor by 25%, the overall cesarean rate by 50%, the use of oxytocin by 40%, and the request for an epidural by 60%. Doula Postpartum Services
My compassionate and supportive help can ease your recovery and improve your confidence as parents. Includes help before delivery to make freezer meals, prepare the nursery, and after delivery to provide breast/chest feeding assistance, infant care, light housekeeping, educational and emotional support, help with meals and errands. Enhanced Birth Classes Learn the physiology of pregnancy, how to ease your labor, build confidence as you and your partner practice breathing and comfort measures in class, how to feed, wear, and bath your baby along with discussing nutrition for a healthy pregnancy and empowering delivery. Join this hands-on class in person or via zoom. Four, two-hour classes in my Idaho Falls home. $100
Nutrition consults Learn the best nutrition for any stage of your childbearing years. If you have gestational diabetes, low or high weight gain, poor breastmilk production, or need terrific food postpartum, I can help you plan for health and well-being. $60 per hour
