Through my practice, I provide educational insight into your changing body, clear guidance on labor and delivery, and the tools you need to transition into parenthood seamlessly. I take pride in helping couples advocate for their needs and establishing a peaceful environment for postpartum wellness.

Doula Postpartum Services 

Bringing a baby home is a beautiful transition, and my goal is to ease your recovery while building your confidence as parents.

Together, we will prepare for your little one's arrival by setting up the nursery and stocking your freezer with nourishing meals. After delivery, I step in to provide hands-on breast/chest feeding assistance, emotional check-ins, and evidence-based education to help you bond deeply with your baby. By taking care of light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands, I ensure you have the peaceful, relaxing environment you need to heal.

Enhanced Birth Classes   Learn the physiology of pregnancy, how to ease your labor, build confidence as you and your partner practice breathing and comfort measures in class, how to feed, wear, and bath your baby along with discussing nutrition for a healthy pregnancy and empowering delivery. Join this hands-on class in person. Four, two-hour classes in my Idaho Falls home. $110

Nutrition consults Learn the best nutrition for any stage of your childbearing years. If you have gestational diabetes, low or high weight gain, poor breastmilk production, or need terrific food postpartum, I can help you plan for health and well-being. $60 per hour 

Payment options: Clients are creative in paying for doula services. Consider baby shower cash cards, submitting receipt of payment to your insurance, and planning to use FLEX monies.
