Congratulations on your pregnancy! This is such a wonderful and exciting time. I am so honored to spend such a sacred time with families as they welcome a new member into the world. Birth can be a beautiful and empowering experience. All through history we have had women helping other women in birth. As a doula my role is to support your ideal birth, provide education on options, and hold space for your feelings during and after birth.

A little bit about me: I live in Pocatello with my husband and two little boys, both of whom were born via urgent c-section. Most of our life is go, go, go. I love to camp with my family, craft, read books and just find adventures in everyday life. I have a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family studies with a minor in Child Development. Additionally, I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I am a strong advocate for maternal mental health, and I believe that begins with their feelings surrounding their birth.

Birth Package

• Free In-Person Consultation
• 2 Prenatal Visits with your partner discussing birth education, birth preferences and labor support
• 1 Optional Prenatal Visit with your provider
• Phone/text/email support during business hours throughout your entire pregnancy
• On-call 24/7 after 37 weeks
• Continuous support throughthe entirety of labor and up to 2 hours immediately after birth
• 1-2 postpartum visits
• Written copy of your birth timeline

It is my belief that a doula should be available to every person who wants one. If finances are a concern please feel free to reach out to me concerning a payment plan or a possible trade for other services
