Hi, I'm Claire!

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am truly so happy for you as you embark on this journey. I am a Certified Doula. I received my certification through the International Doula Institute. I am passionate about births of all kinds, helping mamas and their partners in their new and important roles, educating on all the options, preparing for what's ahead, and all things postpartum- especially breastfeeding! I am currently working on certifications for Postpartum Doula (I need clients soon, ask me about this!), Childbirth Educator, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Perinatal Nutrition Educator, and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. I am so excited and grateful to be certified in all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Thanks to the experience of having my first baby, I have been driven to help mamas to feel supported in the whole birthing process, specifically postpartum. Breastfeeding was so hard! I was not prepared at all for that. I was able to find help from some awesome, like-minded people, but it felt frustrating that those in the hospital and the pediatrician I originally chose were not supporting our breastfeeding journey. I was so lost, confused and exhausted and didn't want to give up! We figured it out (thank you, mom!) and I quickly became passionate about breastfeeding and helping moms on that journey. I then found doula work and realized that is exactly what I want to do! Moms deserve to feel supported, heard, and seen through the whole birthing process. I am here to be that support for you.
